I was responsible for coordinating all fronts of a project that had two full days of execution, even though I wasn’t physically present at the filming location. We kicked things off with a direct alignment with the client to understand their needs and expectations — the goal was to capture an internal company event. From there, I developed the proposal and structured the next steps.

I was also in charge of finding a third-party crew to handle the shoot and making sure they received clear direction for both filming and editing the material.

Throughout the entire process, I kept communication flowing between the client and the production team to make sure everything stayed on track — from planning to final delivery. It was one of those projects where managing people and information well made all the difference.
